Fresh Fruit vegan cake
This cake was made for a customer who wanted a Vegan Chocolate cake with fresh fruits. So I though making a Mango Rose will be a perfect idea. I really enjoyed making this cake coz it was something diffrent that I usually do.This cake was a vegan chocolate cake with Vegan ganache. Had a little trouble with the mango releasing a lot of moisture, but I survived hehe.... The customer liked the cake.

he wow I love the way you have decorated the cakes with slices of mango & strawberry....it looks so yumm. Are these alphonso mangoes? Ur Decor makes it looks so appetizing.

Lovely cake.Loved the way u decorated it with mango slices.Was just thinking, if the same look could be acheived in fondant.....guess I need to try.
