Hibiscus Flower

I have been thinking of making Hibiscus gum paste flowers for a long time. Yesterday I got the opportunity to try some. This was my first attempt and am Happy with the results. But for sure the leaves needs some more practice:).

Nice try Dhanya..I know how it feels when you try something new and it comes out well. I would just like to say that try rolling the petals more thin and give the petals more curl...which will give a standing effect of the flowers. What paste you used for flowers..flower paste rolls out very thin and use petal shine to give that satin real effect.
