Anniversary Cake

This Cake was made for one of my friends 10th Anniversary.This was a fun Cake to make.Cake topper were from Wilton.I decided to go with the White[daisies] flowers with yellow center because the bride is holding a white flower boquet.Flavors were Vegan Yellow Cake and Vegan Chocolate Cake with Vegan Ganache and fondant Daisie.

20th Anniversary Cake and a long Break.

I made this cake for the 20th Anniversary of our temple SAT. The temple has an octagonal shape and lotus carvings on many of its walls and ceilings. I was planning to make a gum paste lotus but due to my shopping and packing and all the stuff didn't get enough time.My hubby wrote a small Sanskrit poem and its translation to put on top of the cake. Everything in the cake is edible. It was a pistachio,rosewater cake with pistachio butter cream. Everybody at the temple enjoyed it.
I am going on vacation and will be back with some spooky cakes:).
