Tom and Jerry Cake and Cupcake

This cake and cupcakes were done for my friend's daughter "kamakshi kutty" for her b'day party.Last year I got an opportunity to make her Animal themed cake.Tom and Jerry were hand molded with gumpaste.It was a lot of fun to make this cake and cupcake.All the dynamites and bomb's were also made with gumpaste.Flavors were Pistachio cardomom rose water Cake/Cupcakes.

These are the Cakes I made last week.The princess themed Cake was made for my friend's daughter Aneeka for whom I made the Snow white and Dwarf cake last year.This week there were 2 cakes for 2 girls who were turning 5 named Aneeka and Anika.What a coincidence:)
The Animal themed Cake was made for Anika for her b'day party.I have made the exact same cake for another client last year.Violet cake for a friends daughter for her surprise b'day.

Castle Cake

This Cake was made for a little princess named "Jyoshika " who was turning 1.I have been wanting to make this Castle Cake for some time now.Yesterday my dreams came true ....:)
Thanks to my hubby for helping me deliver the Cake.It was a little bit scary to take the cake in bumpy roads.Luckily the cake reached the venue in one piece :).
The flavor was an Egg free Vanilla Cake with one layer Pistachio custard filling and one layer was Chocolate custard filling.The Cake was iced in Whipped cream,flowers were made out of fondant.

Cupcake Bouquet and a Thank you Cake

This Cupcake Bouquet was made for my co-sister as a surprise gift for her birthday.She loves gardening so what is better way than giving her a pot full of edible roses -huh?.The flavor was Yellow Butter Cake with Vanilla butter cream.

The "thank you" Cake was for one of my friend who is always there for me good and bad times.
The flavor was Yellow Cake with Chocolate Custard filling with Whipped cream frosting.The "Thank you" is made out of Chocolate.

Audi Car Cake

This Cake was made for my friend Myra's daughter's boy friend for his surprise birthday party. He is a huge fan of cars, so Kristina asked me if I could make a sports Car.The car was carved out of Rice krispies ,covered in fondant and Air brushed with dark blue color.The cake was a 3 layer Chocolate,yellow Cake with Banana custard filling and Whipped cream Frosting.

Princess Cake

I have been taking a break from Cake world:).This is a princess Cake for a girl's first birthday party ,which I made couple of weeks back. This was for a client who has order her son's b'day Cake from me.Cake flavor was White cake with Banana custard filling with Whipped cream frosting.

This Cake was made for a toy story fan. The Cake Flavor is a Red Velvet cake with Cream cheese Butter cream.It is covered in Marshmallow fondant and I air brushed the cake .

The couch Cake was a Egg free Black forest cake with Whipped cream.The couch was made of RK and covered in Marshmallow fondant. All the details and the couch were edible.
The Heart Cake was a Humming bird cake with Vanilla whipped cream.
The Roses and flower cake was a Egg free Pistachio,cardamom Cake with Rose water with Whipped cream.

Software Bug Cake n more

Hello friends,
These are some of my latest Cakes. The Bug Cake is made for my hubby's office party. What is a better option than a Bug Cake for people who always fix Software Bugs???hehe...It is an Egg free Chocolate Cake and Yellow Cake filled with Chocolate fudge frosting and Iced with Vanilla/Chocolate Butter cream. The Bug is made out of Fondant.

The 70th Birthday Cake is a Pistachio Cardamom cake with butter cream Roses.
