Hope all is well.These are the 2 cakes I made last week.My first 2011 Cakes :).It is nice to be back baking after a long time.
The Chocolate Cake with Red roses were made for a client for whom I made the Quarter Cake Last year.This time Husband was surprising the wife with the heart and Roses Cake.Cake flavors were Red velvet and Chocolate with Chocolate custard filling and Chocolate fondant.
The Plane Cake was for a little boy for his b'day Party.Runway was made out of Fondant.Flavor was an egg free Mango Cake with Mango whipped filling and Butter cream Icing.
